My Beats Solo3 Headphones/Low Sound:

My Beats Solo3 Headphones are Bluetooth connected. The problem is no matter what I do the volume is very low and muffled. I tried the volume levels, sound settings, resetting the device and Bluetooth. I even tried adjusting the sound source settings. Nothing on the internet helps either. Please help. I am a blind veteran and I rely on my headphones to accomplish projects on my computer.
