hello, I've Iphone 6S plus and now it has problem for the continuous restart and not connect to internet

My iPhone 7 recently started restarting on its own and when I got to settings to connect to WiFi, it won’t let me click on it I followed almost every solution I read online, from holding down volume button and home buttons, to resetting network and deleting everything to factory settings and it still does not let me connect to WiFi... and it also keeps restarting on its own, how do I fix this? I’m using a lot of my data just trying to figure this out.

When using my iPhone XR i get the message “not connected to internet” I’m using my data or sometimes WiFi, if I restart the phone it usually works but not always. How can I permently fix this? Or are there any suggestions?
