When using my iPhone XR i get the message “not connected to internet” I’m using my data or sometimes WiFi, if I restart the phone it usually works but not always.

How can I permently fix this? Or are there any suggestions?

From what I understand is that you're unable at times get an error about needing to connect to the internet. I'd be glad to help you out with this. While this article isn't related to your issue specifically, the steps involved can help you troubleshoot the issue: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network


Are you able to try different areas? Or does this seem to happen in one area specifically?


Are you using a VPN, security software, or private browsing/optimization apps? If so, disable them and see if that helps.
