External Display Settings Not Allowing Screen Rotation

I'm not sure why this would be. I'm using 2-external monitors on a Targus display link setup. I did previously have one of my external screens rotated on an old work laptop but my new work laptop won't show the screen rotation option, so it's not the Targus. Both MacBook Pros are running Monterey 12.3.1. Here's a screenshot of the options I see...

Hey there Danimal888,

Here's what we've found in Change Displays preferences on Mac:

"Rotate the image shown on your display by the chosen amount. See Rotate the image on your Mac display. This button only appears if an external display is connected to your Mac."

For this specific display, you'd want to check with Targus to see if they have any suggestions and to check the current compatibility.

We'd also like to share If your external display isn't detected or appears blurry on your Mac. We're sharing it because although it's connected, it might not be supported with this Mac so you'd want to check the section "Check how many displays you can connect". This might resolve the reason why you don't see the Rotation option.

We hope this helps out.

Kind regards.
