How to import my notes from iCloud to my ipad back??? Or it will synchronize all notes to my ipad automatically ??

As long as your Notes is turned-ON on your iCloud settings, your iCloud notes—and any changes you make to them—appear on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac where you’re signed in with your Apple ID.
To turn it ON, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then turn on Notes.
