my phone will only charge when its dead. Ive tried multiple charges and outlets but for some reason it just wont charge what should i do?

Recently I have been struggling with charging my phone like taking it in and out multiple times for it to charge but today it just stopped charging but when it dies it charges fine then when it starts up again it won't work anymore. what should I do???

When you have power left in your iPhone and the iPhone has been powered up, then Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
