my Siri keeps getting activated randomly when I have my headphones on. They’re Apple original headphones and are brand new too, what do I do?

i’ve cleaned my phone and turned my Siri off, which worked for a while but now whenever I have ear buds on my song keeps getting interrupted by voice control, i cant use my phone with earbuds on either because it keep interrupting my screen with the voice control thing. My music also keeps skipping and getting fastfowarded

Just to confirm, are these headphones that are connected with a cable? If so, temporarily turning off Bluetooth can also help isolate the issue, to make sure it's not a Bluetooth accessory activating Siri. Do this by going to Settings > Bluetooth.
Also, do other headphones have this issue as well?

yes these are connected with a cable, I’ll try turning the Bluetooth off.
I have tried my other pair of earbuds and the problem continues

Thanks for helping to narrow this down. Do you have any other headphones you can test with? It seems likely this is an issue with the specific headphones you're using based on your description, and we could isolate it completely by using a different pair if possible.
