My lock/unlock screen feature does not seem to be working

My lock/unlock screen feature does not seem to be working, and after recent update no longer have option of timed lock (ie 10 minutes, 1 hour, never). Screen shuts down within a minute, any solution?

Force Restart your iPad (something I do after EVERY update) and see if this resolves the issue:
