Uploaded the amortization template from Iwork community , however, it only amortizes for 3 years, not sure how to extend this for 30 years. i have entered all the information correctly , loan amount, interest and years . Can someone help with this?
Have you tried adding rows at the bottom of the table and filling the formulas down into them?

Could you post a screenshot of what you have done? (shift-command-4, select area with cross-hairs, release, start a new post here and use the "mountains and moon" insert image icon to insert the screenshot image from the Desktop.)

It is a great loan amortization but i am not sure how to extend it to show all 30 years of it. It stops at 3 year 0r 37 payment.
