In macOS 10.14.6 Mojave, still cannot reposition the Facetime audio call window

I STILL can't hide (command + H) or click and move the FaceTime audio call window during a call. Very annoying as it blocks whatever is under it in the area of windows behind it.

Why won't Apple fix this? It's been reported since 2017!!

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.14

Works here, just tested, 1st time I've ever used FaceTime, I\m running Mojave 10.14.6

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...

Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.

Does it work in the new account?
