I have the 2021 MacBook Pro and for some reason it is constantly requesting captive.apple.com. What is this and how can I stop it? None of my other Macs do/have done this.

It may help if you were to describe how those requests appear to someone lacking a raspberry pi running Pi-hole.
https://captive.apple.com/ is the URL macOS uses to determine if it needs to connect to a "captive network". As such, it is normal.
Describe how you become aware of those requests.
I have a raspberry pi running Pi-hole, and was able to see that it was my MacBook making the requests.
