не могу обновить, скачать не одно приложение, ввожу данные aplle id просит дебютовую карту, ввожу карту и все тоже самое повторяет процесс прошу помочь

I can’t update, I can’t download more than one application, I enter aplle id data, it asks for a debut card, I enter the card and everything repeats the process help pls
