Sound on IPhone11

Except for sound on the Alarm Clock, my sounds are silent, even when someone calls me. Any ideas?

First, check the ringer/mute switch.

If that didn’t help, then try a Hard Reset:

Press volume up (quickly)
Press volume down (quickly)
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears

If that didn’t work, it could be a hardware issue. ⚠️
