march 2022 update bricked my 1 yr old apple

iphone 13, watch 3 March 2022 update. I picked it up to check on progress and watch charger fell off. The update never started back. Holding Digital Crown and side button brought back apple logo, but then the watch to pairing logo. At least 50 attempts have been done…once I got the red circle exclamation point. Can’t see anything else.

iPhone 13 watch app is locked on continue pairing screen…it has been erased and reinstalled several times.

local Mac dealer and T-Mobile could not get different results.

I’m convinced the update killed my watch, that is always kept up to date.
