Forgot passcode and lost all text messages
So I forgot my passcode and I had to jump thru hoops to get back in my phone. And it basically reset everything. My photos and contacts came back up but not my text messages. How can I retrieve those
Only be restoring the latest backup when you went thought the hoops.
But if Messages was turned on in iCloud settings and they didn't come back then they are not recoverable by any means.
