Why is there no dark mode in Itunes for Windows11?

i have my colors set to dark mode in the personalization in Windows but it doesn't effect Itunes at all

Will this be a feature in the future?

Is there an alternative music player I can use that will play my Itunes purchases?

Apple have given no indication that they plan to implement dark mode in iTunes for Windows.

Third-party media players, e.g. Plex, should be able to play DRM-free content obtained via iTunes.

I have also tried re-installing Itunes and restarting

...nothing
