Unknown Device Connected to iPhone

In settings and bluetooth on iPhone 12 a device called "mobile phone" has appeared. I don't known what "mobile phone" that could be connected to my iPhone. Why is that appearing? Does it mean that at one time the "mobile phone" was paired with my iPhone?

If it is in the My Devices list but says Not Connected (i) then yes you have paired with it before.

If it is in the OTHER DEVICES list below then it means there is a device with that bluetooth name within 20 yards. You are not connected to it.
