LOGO in signatures

It looks like they removed the link even though it directly answered you question which is allowed in their rules.

Anyway.

1. Open up your logo using the Preview Option.
2. Click on Tools on the menu bar and then select Adjust Size.
3. Put 72 into "Resolution". The drop down menu beside it says pixels/inch.
4. Start with 75 in "Height". In the menu beside Width and Height make sure it says "pixels. You can adjust the height if you want it larger or smaller. The width will adjust automatically.
5. The "Fit into" menu should say "Custom"
6. Scale proportionally and Resample image should both be checked.
7. Click on OK. Make sure it is saved.
8. Drag your resized logo from the Finder window to the signature window.

That worked for me and I don't know why.

I had this problem also. I tried all the options that Apple help provided and none of that worked. Googled it and tried everything suggested there and nothing worked. My logo ended up massive. I finally found a Youtube video and did what he did and it finally is the right size. Good luck.

Too bad they removed the information I wanted to provide about how to add a sexy signature in Apple Mail as it also provided a way to do a high resolution version. With a little searching the answer is out there on video.
