Problem with routing to remote network over builtin VPN, L2TP/IPSek [ RESOLVED! ]

Hi all,

I resolved the issue with the lack of routing to remote network on macOS Monterey 12.3.1

Found a clue in post: built-in vpn (L2TP over IPSec) not… | Apple Developer Forums

That workaround uses HotSpot of mobile phone, connected to Router, as mediator. I been set it up and all works fine. I realized that I need to separate local networks.

  1. System preferences -> Network -> Bottom left corner, three dots, Set Service Order... -> Move VPN above Wi-Fi
  2. Make sure you local network (LAN of router) is differ with your remote network.

After this I successfully connected to Windows PCs in my office with MS RDP.

Checkbox "Send all traffic over VPN connection" doesn't matter.
