Two days ago a thief was stolen my iPhone 12 mini and today I have gotten a message from apple that my device is online now, but the link doesn't work and I cant see my iPhone on iCloud. how can I have the last location of it?

The message you got did not come from Apple.
It was a phishing attempt sent by the thief who has your phone. When you used the link in the message to log in, you gave the thief your iCloud account credentials, allowing them to remove the activation lock.
You will never see that phone again...

Apple does not get involved with lost or stolen phones. They will never send you any information about your phone.
