macOS Monterey 12.3.1 - The safari is not updated

Faced with an unpleasant problem, updated to a new version of macOS Monterey 12.3.1, but the safari browser has not been updated unlike other programs. What to do?

Safari, as you may know, id installed as part of the Macs operating system. You do now have the latest version of Safari installed. I suggest that you tell us what the problem is that you are having. Then maybe we can respond to that.
