As the title say my iPhone is showing this screen. Is my iPhone compromised?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We can understand the concern, and we're happy to help. Did you download any new apps prior to seeing this? Were you visiting a particular website on Safari when this message appeared? If so, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data. Once that's done, restart the iPhone using the steps here:

Restart your iPhone

Let us know the outcome, and we can go from there if needed.
