Old Photos still remain on device after new Apple ID sign in

A friend lent me her iPad for a month long trip. I signed into my Apple ID on the ipad and my icloud was integrated. I have gave back the ipad now and my friend has signed back with her Apple ID but all of my photos still remain on the ipad and her's have not uploaded from her icloud. What do I do?

iPad, iOS 9

The friend should have backed up and prepared the ipad for sale or give away (erase all content &Settings etc)

You should have then set it up for yourself then at the end if the loan prepared it for sale or give away again so that she could restore her backup.

That was not done, so they will just have to delete the stuff you left behind, or if they took a backup at the time, erase all content and settings and restore that backup.
