That screen is nothing to do with iCloud Drive. It is a list of apps that can be sync'd between your devices via iCloud
iCloud Drive is a storage cloud a bit like Dropbox.
So what is missing from the list?

I dont see whatsapp back up for example. On my previous iphone it show everything there when click on icloud. Also when tried to get my bakcup it is showing that.
You should see iCloud Drive, and Whatsapp in that list if you page down but not WhatsApp Backup
