Like the linked document states: To cancel a subscription, go to your subscriptions overview, select the subscription, then click Cancel there.
If you do not see the subscription on your account, then you have no subscription on that account. Apple subscriptions are always initiated by the user. It is never automatic. It is always listed.
If someone else has access to your payment method, then ask them about possible subscriptions on their account. That is between you and the other person and the card issuer.
I wish to cancel my Apple TV subscription which I never requested. It is on my cell phone and my TV . I have been billed for several months on my Credit Card and unfortunately just noticed it.
