Inability to Leave a group chat

I was put in a random group chat with a bunch of random phone number’s of people I don’t know on messenger and I can’t leave the group chat

If the group chat contains any non-iOS devices, then you will not be able to leave the chat. Report it to your cellular carrier and see if they can block it.
