Message groupchat
how can I leave a random group chat that was made by a random person adding peoples numbers that I don’t know. It doesn’t give me a “leave group chat” button

If it's a mixed (iMessage and SMS) user group, you can't. All you can do is ask the others in the group to start a new group without you. And, mute the group.
