iOS 15.4, "Always Open this QR Code With This Application" setting?

I have a finance app on my iPhone, and I got a new debit card with it. It said I could scan the QR code on my paperwork to activate the card. (Which I did, and all of that was successful) ... my question is: When I scanned the QR code, it recognized the finance app it was with and popped up with the question "Do you want to always open this QR code with this application?" I told it YES, but then realized since I will never ever need to activate that card again, I wanted to delete the setting for that QR code completely. No sense having something saved I will never use again. If you have selected YES when it asked if you always want to open that QR code with that application, is there anyplace in iOS 15.4 that will allow me to find, change, or delete that setting for that QR code altogether? Thanks!
