Is this another brick, it's the second one replaced.... and the last...

Tried with an :) windows 10 new machine itunes updated top notch. Of course repairing does not works Error 4013.

What happen with mac old device that still works on my desk - just fine. Bricks for recycle bin.

I am not angry, I received as gift replaced ... and then this one .... just hilarious.


The error log maybe a genius will figured our for other mates on same situation. Mine is junk I do not cry for it.


And please add a proper topic for this bricks

We see you've already reviewed the resource related to the error code you're seeing with iTunes, so great job on checking that out. If you haven't tried using a different cable to connect your iPad to your computer, let's give that a try as well as using a different USB port to see if that will clear this up.


If a different cable or USB port doesn't clear this up, have you tried using a different computer to see if there may be conflicting software preventing the restore from occurring?


If none of that is helpful, you'd want to Contact Apple Support directly to check into this in more detail with you.
