Entering Passcode then the results in loading spin. 

Help! Every time I enter my passcode on my iPhone 10/ X the phone goes into a loading spinner.

I have reset it by quickly pressing volume followed by a quick -volume and then the power button, and then I get the Apple logo and once again. The passcode screen. Entering the passcode results in the same futile loop for almost 2 days.
