Hello Richie3006,

Let's start by making sure your iPhone is up to date using the steps below:

1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see two software update options available, choose the one that you want to install.
The Settings app on iPhone showing options to update to iOS 14.8 or iOS 15.

5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

You can find those steps here: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Should that persist, let's also reset your Beats and clean them per the articles below:

Reset your Beats earphones

Clean and store your Beats earphones or headphones

Additionally, have you had the chance to test your Beats with another device? That should help to further isolate a specific conflict with your iPhone.

Should that behavior still continue, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support: Contact Apple Support They'd be in the best position to look into your options further.

Take care.
