AirPods Pro getting disconnected for FaceTime

Recently I updated my iPhone 11 to iOS 15.4.1 and after this update whenever I’m getting FaceTime call, just after receiving the call it enables iPhone’s mic instead of the AirPods Pro. Though the AirPods are connected with the phone it automatically switches to iPhone’s speaker and mic and each time at least once I have to switch the call back to AirPods pro manually.

I guess this is a software bug which can be fixed easily. If anyone else seeing this please do let me know how to fix until we get it fix from Apple.
