Apple Gift Card is always Order Placed!

Hi,i hava bought an Apple Gift Card. The order link is https://secure4.store.apple.com/shop/order/detail/10078/W1286960822

It said 'Arrives within 1 hour by email'.

but more than two hours left,it is still Order Placed .I don't sure whether it cause by editing a QQ mail address.

And i don't know how to cancel,what can i do？
