Hey ginther329,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. To get started, we recommend checking the list to confirm you have an AirPrint printer: About AirPrint.

For steps on how to print, follow this article: Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Take care.

ginther329,

As previously mentioned, sometimes an app is needed to interface between a device and the printer. So let's see if that changes the behavior as macOS, iPadOS and iOS are all different operating systems. Does using the Epson developed app change anything?

Are your iPadOS and iOS devices up to date? You can double verify that in Settings > General > Software Update. Have you ever been able to successfully AirPrint from your iPadOS and iOS devices?

Two additional steps when encountering a printing situation like this are to restart your Apple devices and the printers. If the issue persists, also restart your network hardware. Typically, that can be done just by unplugging for 30 -45 seconds, then plugging back in and letting the modem/router boot up again.

Thanks.
