• Your Bank: They may not successfully being sent. Or they may be way behind in sending. Or you may need to install an app.

• Your Carrier: They are the one who provide you with the service of messaging.

Any Security Software?

Security Software may be getting in the way, blocking these out. So, remove the software, contacting the Developer of it, asking the proper way to do so.

Please contact your Carrier and ask them if they have enabled an SMS plan for your SIM.
