reportaproblem.apple.com does not work

I have installed a free trial of a vpn app and uninstalled it on the same day. But after 7 days an amount has been charged from my credit card. When I try to get a refund reportaproblem.apple.com promt as something when I try to login

App Store charge disputes I have two charges on my account I am not aware of. One charge is for 2.99 and it does not offer a receipt and one if for a subscription that was free for three days and was suppose to notify me when it charged me after the free trial. I was never sent a text message or an email that the free trial was running out, and I was told I would be notified before it charged my account. The charge for this is 9.99 VPN app. I have no idea what the 2.99 is for, when I go to apple.com/bill it says page not found. shield vpn is charging over and over, how to get itunes refund shield vpn installed on a "virus" pretense, then I removed it, vpn shield immediately charged itunes on one credit, cancelled that, and put another, then changed again. I don't want it. it is charging $86.59. how do i remove this charge from my credit card from apple or itunes? how do i stop these charges? said try it for 3 days trial, i immediately removed it within 5 minutes and later see this charge, one on one credit then again on another. anybody with this shield vpn-vpn & security, shield vpn unlimited with same charging schemed? i asked apple and they are not helping. do i need to have a credit card on file on apple store or itunes?

billed without buying anything i got charged €36.99 by “apple.com” with no active subscriptions or new purchases. i checked my emails, bank app and subscriptions/purchases and it’s not there i tried looking on the apple support page for a refund, but since it’s nothing i bought i can’t select an app from which i’d need a refund, and i can’t say it’s scam/fraud because it says to choose an app but it’s from apple.com ?
