Hi I have purchased 3 days ago an iPhone 12 with its case for my daughter birthday but she is not happy with the size and I want to return to purchase IPhone 13 Pro max, but I can’t see any return button and followed instruction on link mentioned in discussion before but I can see only still link of truck item bellow my purchase. Please let me know how to return back the item

Troubleshooting Returns:
Request a return through Apple Support, directly. These are just user-to-user forums. No one here has any say in returns or refunds (and that is a good thin, BTW). So, refer to the following...
Contact Apple Support:
For financial assistance, you need to take this up with Apple, yourself. These are User-to-User forums. No one here has access to you account (and that is a good thing, BTW). So, contact Apple Support. Just know that Apple is often resistant to giving returns. Ask the Apple Rep to perform a screensharing session with them, to show them this transaction.
