Blinking light on my screen

I bought an iPhone 13 pro max and there is a blinking green light on the upper left hand side of my phone screen. I have tried updating my OS and I have done a hard reset but it’s still there. Pls how do I fix this? It’s very frustrating seeing that blinking light. If you check the photo I uploaded that’s the green dot under the “Books” app

EDIT - Because threadstarter uploaded an image

Okay, the green pixel your arrow is pointing to should NOT be there. It's a pixel error, that's also why it does not disappear when you restore your iPhone. Is the green dot everywhere in the interface?

If so, then consider changing your screen, see more here:

This is perfectly normal.

If you have restored your iPhone and the error is still there then I am almost certain it is a hardware error in the screen (Pixel Error). If you open an app, or move somewhere else in the interface, can you still see the green dot blink?

I would recommend contacting the place where you bought your iPhone and having it repaired.
