I have no problem creating colours!!! I can get colours on my iPhone when creating the entries. But when I display the month all dots indicating an entry show as grey.

why don’t they look like this anymore.
what has Apple done to us.
Apple Calendar does not show colored dots in the monthly summary. The pictures you show are from two different apps. The top one is Apple's Calendar app, the bottom one seems to be the Google Calendar app.
