The lock screen time cannot be set.

After updating iOS 15.4.1, the screen lock time cannot be set. Tried restarting the device and still can't do it. Tried charging the battery to 100 and still not working. The battery is in normal mode, not set to power saving mode.

Two things to try:

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allow Changes > Make sure Account Changes are marked Allow
If that doesn't work, try a simple Forced Restart --> Force restart iPad - Apple Support
