how do i back up my disabled iphone

i recently dropped my phone in the ocean and the screen started glitching and making automatic touches. It reads "iPhone unavailable" on the front screen now and i am not able to make any interactions with the device. i want to know if there is anyway i can back up my iPhone to clouds b4 i have to reset it. or if there is any way i can open it if i still remember my apple id and password and phone passcode

You cannot initiate any backups manually at this point. Those backups have to be created and in place before the ocean accident happened. Did you create automatic backups on iCloud for your iPhone XS before the accident? If YES, then you can reset your iPhone and then restore your iPhone from that iCloud backup. If you did not use iCloud for creating backup files then you have no options to restore from.
