Restore iphone from old backup on pc

How to restore my iPhone using older stored on my windows pc? iTunes does not see the backup made less than 60 days ago.

There are two parallel versions of iTunes for Windows, one a direct download from apple.com, the other installs from the Microsoft Store. The two versions store backup data in different locations. Could you have switched from one to the other recently? See Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support. It may be possible to move the backup data between the two possible locations to make it visible to restore.
