My left power beats pro isn’t showing it charge on my iPhone or connecting it says it has 99 percent battery but won’t play or connect

Same problem here except the left one doesn't even show a charge. How can one be 100% and the other one 0%. Resetting did nothing.

Thank you Apple Support Communities. We suggest resetting the Powerbeats Pro by following the steps below:

1. Place both earbuds in the case. Leave the case open.
2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.
3. Release the system button.

The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Powerbeats Pro with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again.
