Voice Mail to Text for iPhone

So I just recently read a topic that most folks have had issues with (even myself quite a while back), it’s regarding the Voice Mail to Text for iPhone (VMT). Where every time you get a Voice Mail it sends you an SMS with the text content of that Voice Mail. There are many solutions in previously closed topics that cover blocking that number, or trying to find a feature within the iOS to disable it. I work for Verizon and I can say that it’s a feature that the carriers have and can remove or modify. The Visual Voice Mail or VVM feature has two configurations VVM or VMT the carrier has enabled. So if many of you are having it definitely contact your carriers and have them modify that feature to be VVM instead of VMT. This is how I helped a customer of mine. Thanks, hope this helps!
