I think you should add the Seahorse Emoji to your latest iOS update, there are a lot of unnecessary emojis, but the seahorse is missing, and there has been lots of updates and lots of new animals (like the cockroach(?)) that I know people don’t use very often.
Pls, think about it.

For national flags, and ones from similar organizations, they need to have an ISO-3166 code, and the device manufacturer needs to implement the flag.

The Unicode Consortium decides that.
