VPN and Private Relay Compatiblity

I regularly use VPN to have an IP address in my home country. Is Private Relay incompatible with VPN?

Hello will7777r,

You should be able to use a VPN while having iCloud Private Relay enabled. You may find a great deal of information regarding iCloud Private Relay, and how it works, on this page here: iCloud Private Relay Overview

On there it'll help to detail how iCloud Private Relay is different from a VPN. It also notes the following:

If a device has a VPN installed, for either enterprise or personal reasons, traffic that goes through the VPN will not use Private Relay. Similarly, a proxy configuration, such as a Global Proxy, will be used instead of Private Relay.

Cheers.
