Touchbar on a MacBook Pro 2019, 13”
The Touch Bar is working, but there is no display. It’s totally black.

On the Intel Mac try both:
—resetting the SMC How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
— resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)
If no resolve it typically indicates a hardware issue.
You can try the user Diagnostic...not as definitive as Apple's own AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit) back bench diagnostic, but may kick out an error code.
