Hello, everyone,
I recently got a new MacBook Pro which I love and which is super fast, but I started having problems with the Notes App. Whenever I try to open it, it locks, gives me rotating wheel, and basically doesn't open.
I have no problems with any other append I have tried restarting the computer.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
MacBook Pro (2020 and later)
Check especially the account you use to house your Notes.

What account type might that be? iCloud? Be certain that’s what you’re using on the Mac per the article I linked above.

It works just fine on my iPhone and iPad.
Do you think this is something to do with Monterey?
I think I was having problems with Notes on my older MacBook Air as well, just haven't used it in a while.

I'm trying to figure it out.
I have a bunch of Macs, iPhones, and iPads.
I never set up the account for Notes. The rest of my devices work just fine and open Notes fine, just the new Mac Book Pro is getting frozen any time I even click on Notes app. It's so slow, I can't even get to the accounts menu.
Should I try to remove the Notes and reinstall it?
