Payment method declined

All my card was declined in the payment methods and I can’t add new one. Cards from Alfa bank Belarus. sanctions? I know only about Alfa bank from Russia. But I didn’t heard anything about Alfa bank from Belarus

Have exactly the same issue. I too have Alfa Bank Belarus card and recently got exactly the same payment error. Following the link here didn't help at all. How can I contact a real person in Apple Support to help me deal with the problem?
