iPad troubleshoot

Charged iPad, turned on and it went to a picture of the charger pointing at the word ITunes on a black screen. No matter what I do with the iPad… it’s stuck right there. Any ideas?

Ipad just reboots but never turns on Ok . My ipads not even 2 years old yet, it's a 7th gen and was great. Now it won't charge, it just reboots over and over and I can't get it to connect to iTunes to try to do a hard reset. I've don't the home button & screen button to reset but nothing works. Am I totally screwed on this ?

Ipad Charing loop My ipad is Charging and It would boot up with the apple logo make the charging sound and then go back to a black screen my ipad is more then a year old And nothing like this has ever happened before
